Design, implement, and optimize AI systems that power in-game behaviors, narrative branching, and player interaction within Elite Larp Gaming's experiences. Day-to-day tasks include researching and prototyping machine learning models, building and training neural networks for pattern recognition and prediction, and developing NLP solutions for dialogue, text understanding, and player communication tools.
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for classification, clustering, and behavioral modeling.
Hands-on expertise with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for dialogue systems, text analysis, and language understanding.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, C++, Java) and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, translate creative requirements into technical solutions, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in gaming, interactive media, or real-time systems is a plus; interest in LARP or narrative-driven experiences is highly beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and readiness to experiment with new approaches in a fast-paced development environment.
Integrate AI modules into existing software platforms and keep the codebase robust and scalable.
Collaborate with game designers and developers to translate gameplay requirements into technical solutions.
Research and prototype machine learning models for in-game behaviour and narrative branching.
Build and train neural networks for pattern recognition, prediction and behavioural modelling.
Develop NLP solutions for dialogue, text understanding and player communication tools.
Monitor performance, run model evaluations, and iterate on player feedback and analytics.
