Own the rules underneath the story: progression, economy, faction balance and the scoring that decides how a weekend-long scenario resolves.
Experience designing systems for games, tabletop, escape rooms or LARP.
Comfortable modelling economies and progression in spreadsheets.
Clear technical writing and a collaborative approach to feedback.
Design and document progression, economy and conflict-resolution systems.
Balance systems using playtest data and post-event analytics.
Write the technical design docs engineering builds from.
Run playtests with the community and fold the findings back into the rules.
