Own the calendar of live events end to end: scheduling, staffing, in-game economy interventions and the after-action review that feeds the next one.
Experience running live operations for games, events or a service business.
Calm under pressure and comfortable making decisions mid-event.
Strong coordination and written communication.
Plan and run the live event and content calendar.
Coordinate engineering, design and on-site crew around each event.
Monitor live metrics and make in-event balance calls.
Run after-action reviews and track follow-up actions.
