Be the voice between the studio and the players between events, and keep the Discord alive when nobody is in costume.
Experience managing a gaming or fandom community.
Excellent written English; Serbian is a plus.
Comfortable with moderation policy and conflict de-escalation.
Run day-to-day community channels and moderation.
Turn player feedback into structured reports for design.
Plan campaigns and content around each event cycle.
Support creators and player-run factions.
