Operating experience as a founder or senior operator at an early-stage company.
Practical, hands-on advice rather than frameworks.
Comfortable holding founders accountable.
Roughly 15 hours a week, flexible scheduling.
Advise portfolio founders on hiring, pricing and go-to-market.
Run a monthly operating review with each company.
Build shared playbooks and templates for the portfolio.
Flag risks early to the partners.
